- Our Standard shipping and handling is within 2-4 Business Days. (This is Not including Weekends or Holidays. Take this into consideration please.) On occasion we might fulfill shipments on the Next Business day depending on the amount of Orders.

-We process and ship all orders Via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation tracking number to the email provided at check out. Please Make sure to provide correct information at check out. If any data is entered incorrectly this may cause a delay in processing your order. We may contact you via email or a phone call to confirm the correct information.

- Once the tracking info Updates as SCANNED and DELIVERED!!! At which point We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must take immediate Action and contact USPS and File a claim if this happens to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation. USPS will have to accommodate you further. This also applies to ALL RETURNING PACKAGES AS WELL!
-Due our In-store limited inventory and high online orders volume, your online order may be subject to change with a full refund.
-On a rare occasion, a garment can be shipped from a distributor with a minor flaw. If this situation presents itself, do not hesitate to reach out to us in a timely manner, and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.

Policy Return or Exchanges:

-We except Return items within 10 days from delivery Date. After that time frame, we will no longer be able to accept your return. We will only accept items in Original condition: unused unstained and with tags attached. This allows us to Restock the item again. Please provide the order invoice inside your Return package. If possible, place a note stating the reason for your Return.
- All customers are responsible to cover all shipping & handling costs (labels, packaging etc.) when doing a return To and From our facility.
- (We are not responsible for paying to and from shipping cost on all exchanges.)
-We highly recommend purchasing the tracking and insurance for your return package. Once we have received your return claim, it can take up to 1-3 business days to process your request and resolve.
-Remember as stated above, we are NOT responsible for any lost packages as fault of the postal service. If your package was lost by the USPS, please file a ticket with a complaint with them.
-Once we reviewed and approved your return claim, you will be mailed out an online credit code.
